Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 balls mozzarella (125 g each)
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- fresh basil for garnish

Wash, peel and slice the zucchini. Peel and halve the garlic. Lightly coat a non‑stick pan with olive oil, add the garlic and zucchini, and sauté over medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then drain on kitchen paper.

Heat a grill pan. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape each into a round patty. Grill each side for 3–4 minutes. After flipping, season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, slice the mozzarella. Horizontally split the rolls and layer them with mozzarella, zucchini, beef patties and garlic. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
