Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp Lebkuchen spice
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 60 g sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 80 ml plant oil
- 50 g liquid honey
- 250 g natural yogurt
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan and top heat. Line a muffin tin with paper cups.

Mix flour with spices, nuts, baking powder, cocoa, and sugar. Beat eggs with oil, honey, and yogurt, then fold in dry ingredients until moist.

Fill prepared cups with batter and bake for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove, cool, release from cups, and let fully set. Dust with cocoa before serving.
