Ingredients
- 40 g Walnuts
- 80 g marzipan dough
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 25 dried dates
- 100 g dark chocolate couverture

Chop the walnuts. Using a fork, mash the marzipan with the orange juice and mix in the walnuts. Slice the dates lengthwise and pit them. Fill each date with the walnut‑marzipan mixture.

Melt the chocolate couverture over a hot water bath. Dip half of each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and place on parchment paper to dry.
