Marinated Green Beans
Marinated green beans with peanut seeds: With only 33 calories per 100 grams, beans are a real lightweight option. This fine vegetable is fitness food.
Ingredients
- 150 g green beans
- 100 ml classic vegetable broth
- 5 g ginger (1 piece)
- 0.5 Red chili pepper
- 5 g roasted peanut seeds (1 tsp)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 8 g rice wafer (1 wafer)
Instructions

Wash the beans, drain in a sieve and trim them.

Bring the broth to a boil in a pot. Add the beans, bring back to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the ginger. Wash, deseed, and finely dice the chili pepper.

Drain the beans through a sieve, catching the broth in a bowl, then return it to the pot.

Add the chili and ginger to the broth and bring back to a boil. Simmer over medium heat in an open pot until about 2 tablespoons of liquid remain. Let cool.

Chop the peanut seeds and add them to the broth; season with sweetener as desired. Mix the broth into the beans and let marinate for 15 minutes. Serve on top of the rice wafer.
