Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
- 200 g butter
- 8 eggs
- 200 g honey
- 350 g spelt flour type 1050
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

Coarsely chop chocolate and melt over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and stir in butter pieces until creamy. Let cool.

Beat eggs with honey in a bowl using hand mixer until thick and creamy. Gently fold the egg mixture into the chocolate-butter mass. Sift flour and salt on top and whisk together.
