Sugar-Free Fruit Ice

Ingredients
- 60 g large kiwi (1 large kiwi)
- 150 ml clear pear juice
- 1 orange
- 100 g persimmon
- 100 g Blackberries
- 100 ml red grape juice
- 100 g Strawberries
- 100 ml red currant juice

Peel and puree the kiwi. Mix the kiwi pulp with the pear juice and fill 4 molds. Halve the orange and squeeze its juice. Peel the persimmon, cut half into small pieces, and puree the rest with the orange juice. Stir in the persimmon pieces. Pour into another 4 molds and place all molds in the freezer for about 3 hours.

Wash, clean, and puree the blackberries for the second layer. Mix the blackberry pulp with the red grape juice. Wash, clean, and puree the strawberries as well, then mix the strawberry pulp with the currant juice.

Remove the partially frozen molds. Pour the blackberry‑grape mixture over the kiwi ice. Add the persimmon ice topped with strawberry‑currant puree. Return all molds to the freezer for another ~2 hours to freeze fully. Then insert a wooden stick into each and let freeze for an additional 2 hours.
