Chocolate Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 15 g Butter (1 tbsp)
  • 10 g sugar (1 tsp)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions

    Whisk the milk with spelt flour and cocoa powder until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well.

    Melt the butter in a small pot, let it cool slightly. Stir in the sugar and a pinch of salt into the batter. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.

    Coat a non‑stick pan with oil and heat it. Pour 1/8 of the batter into the pan and cook each side for about 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat to make a total of eight chocolate crêpes.
