Ingredients
- 150 g spelt flour type 630
- 2 tsp Weinstein baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 15 g cocoa powder (strongly defatted)
- 15 g raw cane sugar (1 tbsp)
- 200 ml oat milk
- 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 Banana
- 15 g salted peanuts (1 tbsp)
- 30 g peanut butter (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate shards (min. 70% cacao)
Instructions

Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add oat milk and stir until smooth. If the batter is too thick, add a splash of oat milk.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, pour about 1 tbsp batter per pancake, cook 4–6 pancakes for about 3–4 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown.

Meanwhile peel and slice the banana. Roughly chop peanuts. Serve pancakes with banana slices, peanuts, peanut butter and dark chocolate shards.
