Ingredients

  • 175 g dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 oranges
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp toasted almond flakes
  • Orange zest (for garnish)
  • mint or lemon balm leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

    Chop the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler, then let it cool. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.

    Beat the yolks with sugar until very fluffy. Then fold in the melted chocolate and fold in the meringue. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture as well.
