Chocolate Nutella Muffin

Ingredients
- butter (for the pan)
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 50 g ground almonds
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 12 tsp nutella
- 6 cherries (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Line a muffin tin with paper cups. Chop the chocolate into large pieces and melt it over a hot water bath. Let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until light and creamy. Mix the flour with baking powder and almonds, then add to the egg mixture.

Stir everything together well. Carefully pour the liquid chocolate into the batter and stir smoothly. Fill each cup halfway with batter, place a teaspoon of Nutella on top, and cover with the remaining batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes. Remove, let cool, garnish with a halved cherry, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
