Ingredients

  • 500 g almonds
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp anise powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Roast the almonds lightly in a dry pan, sprinkle with sugar and let them caramelize. Slide the almonds onto parchment paper and separate them.

    Melt the chopped chocolate over a water bath, pour it over the cold almonds and let it drip on a fine mesh. Mix the spices with cocoa powder and toss the almonds in the mixture.
