Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 125 g whipped cream
  • Rum or brandy

Instructions

    Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar using a hand mixer until frothy, until the sugar has dissolved.

    Let the cream flow in a thin stream and mix until the mixture is nicely creamy.

    Continue mixing on low speed and add rum or brandy. Pour the liqueur into clean bottles and seal tightly. Store refrigerated and dark for up to 2 months.
