- 250 g dark chocolate (vegan)
- 250 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 5 Tbsp plant oil
- 250 ml soy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Break the chocolate into small pieces. Heat the soy milk and chocolate in a small pot over low heat, stirring until the chocolate melts.

Add the plant oil, soy cream, and vanilla extract, whisking well. Let it cool, then pour into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
