Ingredients
- 600 g fruit (choose your favorite, e.g., strawberries, mango, bananas, kiwis, papaya, oranges)
- 250 g dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 100 g milk chocolate (at least 35% cocoa)
- 20 ml rum or cream to taste
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 20 marshmallows
- 200 g dried fruit (e.g., dates, plums, figs)
- 150 g nuts of choice
Instructions

Wash and trim the fruit, then cut into bite‑size pieces. Skewer as desired and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler while stirring. Then stir in the rum or cream and cinnamon, pour the melted chocolate into a preheated bowl, and dip the marshmallows, nuts, dried fruit, and fruit using fondue forks or sticks. Garnish with optional toppings such as chocolate drops, cocoa powder, or honey.
