Ingredients

  • 4 vanilla pods
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 EL honey
  • 250 ml Water
  • 500 ml brandy

Instructions

    Slice two vanilla pods lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and bring everything with the sugar, honey and water to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes, let cool and mix in the brandy.

    Fill clean bottles and insert one whole vanilla pod into each. Seal well and store in a cool place.
