Chocolate Fondue with Fruit

Ingredients

  • Whole milk and dark chocolate (100 g each)
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 40 ml cognac
  • wooden skewer
  • 1 kg mixed exotic fruits (Physalis, Kumquats, Carambola, Pineapple, sweet melon...)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, optionally peel the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2.

    Arrange the fruit decoratively on a platter.

  3. 3.

    Coarsely chop the chocolate, add it with the cream to the caquelon and melt over very low heat while stirring. Optionally flavor with Cognac.

  4. 4.

    At the table skewer the ingredients and dip them in the chocolate sauce.
