Ingredients

  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g cornflakes
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 150 ml whipping cream
  • Dragée egg (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. 1.

Chop the chocolate into pieces, place in a bowl and melt over a hot water bath. Let it cool slightly. Roughly crush 50 g of cornflakes and stir them into the melted chocolate. Line mini tartlet tins (10‑12 cm diameter) with cling film. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the tins and spread evenly. Allow the chocolate to set.

  2. 2.

Whisk 6 tbsp milk with the pudding powder. Bring the remaining milk and sugar to a boil. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to a second boil. Cover the pudding with cling film and let it cool.

  3. 3.

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Whisk the cooled pudding vigorously, then fold in the whipped cream. Carefully remove the tartlets from their tins and fill them with the pudding cream. Just before serving, garnish with Dragée eggs and sprinkle with remaining cornflakes and chopped pistachios.
