Ingredients

  • 75 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g sugar
  • 125 g ground hazelnuts
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 yolks
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

    Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler, then let it cool slightly. Beat butter with egg and sugar until fluffy. Stir in hazelnuts and chocolate. Fold in flour. Chill dough for 1 hour. Roll dough into a log (about 3 cm diameter) and cut at an angle into slices about 7 mm thick.

    Whisk yolks with powdered sugar until frothy and brush the slices, leaving a small border free.

    Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-12 minutes.
