Ingredients

  • 150 g soft butter (or margarine)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 0.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 bottle lemon flavoring
  • 250 g tender oatmeal flakes
  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 50 g about 55 hazelnut kernels (about 55 hazelnut kernels)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas: level 2-3, convection: 160°C).

    Beat butter or margarine with sugar and eggs until creamy. Stir in baking powder, lemon flavoring, oatmeal flakes, chopped hazelnuts, and chocolate shavings.

    Drop dough by two teaspoons onto parchment-lined baking trays. Press one hazelnut kernel into the center of each cookie. Bake on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Remove finished cookies and cool on a wire rack.
