Chocolate Coconut Cubes

Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 EL flour
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 3 eggs
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 EL vanilla sugar
- 2 EL rum
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1 pinch coriander
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g coconut flakes

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan. Line a baking tin (about 24x24 cm) with parchment paper.

Melt 150 g chocolate with butter over a hot water bath. Mix flour with almonds and 50 g coarsely chopped chocolate. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, rum and spices. Stir in the chocolate-butter mixture, then the flour mixture. Pour batter into tin and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, cool in tin, then cut into 3 cm cubes.

Melt remaining chocolate over a hot water bath and evenly coat the cubes. Roll them in coconut flakes.
