Chocolate Banana Muesli from Spoonsparrow: perfect for preparing a tasty start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 400 ml oat milk
  • 100 g soy yogurt
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 40 g pecan nuts
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

    Combine rolled oats with oat milk and soy yogurt.

    Peel two bananas, mash them with a fork, and add to the oat mixture.

    Stir in cinnamon and a pinch of salt; refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight to allow the oats to absorb liquid.

    The next day slice the remaining banana and chop pecan nuts. Melt the dark chocolate.

    Divide the muesli into four glasses or bowls. Drizzle some melted chocolate over the muesli and garnish with banana slices and chopped pecans.
