  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g lactose-free quark (20% fat)
  • 2 tbsp oat drink (oat milk)
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 slices oat bread

Instructions

    Grate the dark chocolate finely. Set aside about 1 tbsp of the grated chocolate.
