- 50 g dark chocolate
- 250 g lactose-free quark (20% fat)
- 2 tbsp oat drink (oat milk)
- 1 Banana
- 4 slices oat bread
Instructions

Grate the dark chocolate finely. Set aside about 1 tbsp of the grated chocolate.

Whisk the quark with the oat drink until smooth. Fold in the chocolate grating.
