Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 10 salad leaves (e.g., Lollo Bianco)
  • 4 poppy seed bagels
  • 4 sesame bagels
  • 320 g smoked salmon (16 slices)

Instructions

    Stir the cream cheese with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Wash the salad leaves, dry them, and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

    Cut each bagel horizontally with a knife, spread the lower halves with the cream cheese mixture, and top with some salad leaves.

    Halve the salmon slices, place them on the salad, cover with more salad leaves, then set the upper halves of the bagels on top. Serve the salmon bagel with lemon wedges.
