Ingredients
- 400 g blackcurrants
- 1.5 l white wine vinegar
Instructions

Strip blackcurrants from stems, wash, clean, and pat dry.

Fill liter bottles with blackcurrants and top up with white wine vinegar, then seal tightly.

Leave the bottles standing until the vinegar turns pinkish, which takes about 14 days.

Filter the blackcurrant vinegar through a fine mesh sieve. Discard the fruit and transfer the vinegar into pretty bottles or jars.
