Ingredients
- 750 g mixed berries (as chosen by season, e.g., raspberries, wild strawberries, blueberries, blackcurrants...)
- 1 bottle dry, robust red wine
- 250 ml Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves

Select and, if necessary, clean the berries; gently wash, pat dry, mix, and distribute into jars.

Bring the wine with Cassis, cinnamon, and cloves to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour the hot mixture over the berries, seal the jars immediately, place them on the lids for about 15 minutes, then flip and let cool. The jars keep well for about 6 months.
