- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 pear
- 4 chicory heads
- 100 g sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Clean and finely chop the spring onions. Wash the pear, quarter it, core it, and slice into thin strips. Clean the chicory, halve it, remove leaves from the stem, and cut as desired. Cube the sheep cheese. Mix the prepared ingredients and arrange on plates.
