Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 1 bundle arugula
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp green ketchup
Instructions

Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper, then fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Remove, let cool slightly, and cut diagonally into strips about 8 cm long.

Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds with a small spoon, and slice into thin sticks about 8 cm long. Trim the spring onions, wash, and cut into fine strips about 8 cm long.

Wash and dry the arugula, then discard any wilted leaves.

Warm the tortillas in a hot oven at 180°C for a few minutes, remove, halve them, and spread with mayonnaise. Distribute cucumber sticks, spring onion strips, arugula, and chicken strips on top, roll into a pouch shape, and add a dab of green ketchup to each wrap.
