- 4 pork chops (boneless)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 Eggs
- 5 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- tonkatsu sauce for dipping

Wash the pork chops, pat them dry and gently flatten if desired. Season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour.

Dip each chop into beaten eggs, then dredge in panko breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
