Ingredients
- 0.25 red bell pepper
- 0.25 yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful of salad (e.g., arugula and iceberg)
- 1 hard‑boiled egg
- 2 chicken breast fillets (≈140 g each)
- 2 lamb fillets (≈140 g each)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 4 baguette rolls
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions

Wash the peppers, remove seeds and white membranes, and slice thinly. Wash and dry the salad. Peel the egg and slice thinly.

Pat the two meats dry and set up two grill pans. Cook the meat in hot oil on both sides: lamb 1–2 minutes depending on thickness, chicken fillets about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper afterwards.

Cut the rolls open, spread mayonnaise, and layer with salad. Place chicken on two rolls; place lamb on the other two. Distribute egg slices over the chicken baguette. Top the lamb sandwich with pepper slices. Secure with toothpicks and wrap in butter paper.
