- 800 g chicken wings
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 2 chili peppers
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sweet paprika

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3-4, fan: 180°C) for 10 minutes.

Slice the chili peppers, remove seeds, and finely chop. Peel the garlic. In a bowl combine vinegar, honey, oil, paprika, and chilies; squeeze in the garlic. Brush the wings with this mixture and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes. Reapply if desired. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
