Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 small bell peppers (yellow, red and green)
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • chili powder
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 fresh garlic clove
  • a splash of lemon juice
  • 4 wheat tortillas

Instructions

    Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, remove stems and dice them. Wash the bell peppers, halve, deseed and slice into strips. Peel the onion, halve and cut into thin slivers.

    Briefly sear the chicken in a hot pan. Add the onion and cook until lightly golden brown. Add the tomatoes and peppers, remove from heat, season with oregano, salt, pepper and chili powder, and taste for seasoning.

    Whisk the sour cream with parsley. Press the peeled garlic into it and finish with lemon juice.

    Warm the tortillas in a dry pan. Fill each with chicken and vegetables, drizzle with sour cream, roll up and serve.
