Curry Redfish

With its high protein content, this curry redfish recipe is a great satiator while remaining particularly low in fat.

Ingredients
- 6 g ginger (1 piece)
- 1 tbsp curry paste
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 400 g redfish fillet (2 fillets)
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 lime (optional)
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the ginger, then place it in a baking dish. Add the curry paste and yogurt, mixing well.

Rinse the redfish fillets, pat dry, cut them crosswise into halves, and add to the yogurt mixture. Cover and let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the bowl, scrape off excess yogurt with a knife, and season the fish fillets with salt.

Brush an aluminum grill pan with oil. Place the fillets on the pan and grill each side for 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with lime juice or serve with lime wedges if desired.
