Ingredients
- 2 EL Butter
- 1 l meat broth
- 1 bundle carrots
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 kohlrabi
- 2 red onions
- 150 g thick-cut bacon
- 2 pairs Vienna sausages
- 0.333 l heavy cream
- 1 bundle parsley (chopped)

Peel and slice the onions into rings. Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots, and kohlrabi. Heat the butter in a large pot, sauté the onion rings until translucent, add the remaining vegetables, cook briefly, then pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and brown it in a pan, then add it to the pot. Stir in the cream and bring the soup to a brief boil again. Remove from heat and warm the sausages in the stew. Ladle the stew into bowls, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
