Ingredients
- 500 g waxy potatoes
- 400 g Green Beans
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp wheat flour Type 1050
- 1 bay leaf
- 750 ml vegetable broth
- 300 g Debrecziner (or Wiener) sausage
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- apple cider vinegar

Wash, peel and cube the potatoes. Wash, trim ends of the beans and cut them in half crosswise. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat butter in a large pan, sauté onions until translucent, stir in tomato paste, dust with flour, let it cook briefly, then add potatoes and bay leaf, add garlic, pour in broth and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. After 10 minutes add green beans and continue cooking until done.

Meanwhile cut the sausages into 2-3 cm thick pieces.

Season stew with salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar, add sausages and let them heat through for a few minutes.
