Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp allspice berries
- 100 ml hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with fan and top heat. Line a baking tray with foil.

Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix with crushed allspice, hoisin sauce, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and rice vinegar; coat the thighs well. Place on the tray and bake for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve as desired on watercress and radish slices.
