Chicken Strips with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (cut into strips)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp curry powder
- white pepper
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (sliced)
- 80 g leeks (finely chopped)
- 70 g carrots (sliced)
- 100 g spinach (cut into strips)
- 50 ml white wine
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp thickening starch
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Mix the meat with soy sauce, corn starch, curry, salt and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil and sear the marinated chicken in batches until browned, remove and keep warm.

For the vegetable sauce, melt butter in a deep pan and sauté onions and garlic with vegetables over high heat while stirring constantly until they soften. Reduce heat and add white wine and broth. Stir soy sauce with corn starch and pour into the vegetables, mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes, then stir in crème fraîche.

Add the cooked chicken to the vegetable sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve with rice.
