Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 400 g goat cheese
  • 1 bundle arugula
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Slice the chicken breast fillets lengthwise on the thin side. Season with salt and pepper, place half of them on the bottom of a greased dish. Wash the arugula, shake dry and blend with the olive oil. Stir in the goat cheese, season with salt and pepper, spread over the chicken in the dish, top with remaining fillets, and seal the dish with foil.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour about 1 cm of boiling water into the baking pan’s fat pan, place the dish inside, and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
