Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 300 g carrots
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 20 small tagliatelle buds (knots)

Instructions

    Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and marinate with soy sauce for about 15 minutes.

    Peel the carrots, cut them into strips; wash and trim the spring onions, then slice into rings.

    Briefly fry the chicken strips in hot oil while stirring. Add carrots, onions, and tagliatelle buds; season with salt, sugar, and ginger. Cook for about 8‑10 minutes, constantly stirring.
