- 600 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Spring onion
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 meat tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 toasties
- 5 tbsp Greek yogurt

Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with paper towels and grind through a fine blade of a meat grinder. Clean and slice the spring onion into thin rings. Peel and mince the garlic. Mix the ground meat, spring onion, garlic, and egg yolks with enough breadcrumbs to form a moldable mixture. Season with salt and pepper and cover, refrigerate.

Wash, clean, and slice the tomato. Wash, clean, and shake dry the lettuce. Wash, clean, and slice the bell pepper into rings. Wash, clean, and slice the zucchini. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, sauté the bell pepper and zucchini while turning occasionally for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan and lightly oil it. Shape 4 patties from the meat mixture and grill each side for about 8 minutes. Slice the toasties in half and toast them. Assemble burgers by layering yogurt, lettuce, tomato, and patty on the toasted bread. Serve with grilled vegetables on the side.
