Chicken Burger

Ingredients

  • 560 g chicken cutlets (4 chicken cutlets)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 4 buns
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce

Instructions

    Rinse the chicken cutlets under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a grill pan. Cook the chicken cutlets for about 3 minutes on each side.

    Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, remove stems, slice them. Wash and spin the lettuce leaves dry. Slice the buns in half and toast them in a toaster.
