Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 120 g each)
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- 100 g walnut kernels
- 1 Garlic clove
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
- lemon juice to taste

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry. Mix curry powder, chili powder, and olive oil; brush onto the poultry, season with salt, and cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side.

Finely chop the walnuts. Peel and finely mince the garlic. Combine both with yogurt and herbs, seasoning with salt and lemon juice to taste.

Slice the cooked chicken breasts and serve with the walnut dip.
