Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 80 g Ricotta
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- pepper, freshly ground
- 6 canned tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g penne

Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix with ricotta and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Make a pocket in each chicken breast fillet, fill with the mixture, and wrap with Parma ham.

Wash and halve the canned tomatoes.

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a fireproof dish, arrange the tomatoes around them, season everything with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
