Chicken Breast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken breast fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine)
- 6 slices toast bread
- 45 g salad cream (3 tbsp)
- 80 g cooked ham (4 slices)
- wooden skewer
Instructions

Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water, pat dry, season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan. Brown the chicken on all sides for about 4 minutes over high heat. Reduce heat and cook at medium heat for 8–10 minutes until cooked through. Remove and let cool.

Meanwhile wash the tomatoes, peel if desired, and slice thinly. Wash the lettuce, dry and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

Toast the bread. Spread salad cream on four slices of toast and top with lettuce. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Top remaining toast slices with the rest of the lettuce and chicken. Place one prepared toast slice on each and distribute tomatoes over them. Add two slices of ham, then finish with the final toast slices.

Slightly press the sandwiches together, cut diagonally in half, and secure with wooden skewers.
