- 2 shallots
- 5 tbsp coarse Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 4 chicken breast fillets (140 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp liquid butter
- 1 broccoli head (≈500 g)

Preheat the oven to 210 °C with upper and lower heat.

Peel and finely dice the shallots. Mix with mustard and rosemary. Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with kitchen paper, season all sides with salt and pepper, and place them side‑by‑side in a baking dish. Brush with butter and spread the mustard mixture over each fillet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
