Ingredients
- 12 slices of toast bread
- 200 g Chicken breast fillet
- butter
- salt (pepper)
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tomatoes (peeled, quartered, seeded)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 3 drops Tabasco
- Salt
- coriander leaves
Instructions

Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Fry in a little butter for about 10 minutes, remove, let cool, then slice into strips.

Blend one tomato's quarters, avocado flesh, lemon juice, some salt, Tabasco, and a few coriander leaves in a blender until smooth.

Cut the remaining tomato into thin slivers. Toast the bread slices.
