Chia-Raspberry Lemonade

The refreshing and healthy Chia-Raspberry Lemonade from Spoonsparrow is perfect for warm days and tastes simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • 240 ml coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 bags green tea
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 60 ml maple syrup

Instructions

    Freeze 240 ml coconut milk into ice cubes.

    Cover chia seeds with 240 ml water and let them soak for several hours.

  3. 3.

    Steep the green tea and allow it to cool.

  4. 4.

    In a saucepan pour raspberry over 60 ml hot water, bring to a boil on medium heat, then mash the raspberries.

    Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine sieve, discarding seeds.

    Combine the strained raspberry juice with the cooled green tea. Stir in chia seeds, maple syrup and lemon juice.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
