Ingredients

  • 0.5 Vanilla pod
  • 400 ml oat drink (oat milk)
  • 30 g chia seeds (4 tbsp)
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

    Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the vanilla bean with a knife. Mix oat drink, chia seeds, vanilla bean, and cardamom together and let it sit for about 20 minutes to absorb.

    Distribute the chia pudding into four glasses and cover them. Refrigerate for 12 hours, preferably overnight.

    Afterward wash and drain the blueberries. Peel the banana and slice it. Mix both with maple syrup and spread over the chia puddings.
