Almond Chocolate

The almond chocolate from Spoonsparrow is always a good idea as dessert or small snack!

Ingredients

  • 250 g almond sticks
  • 250 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa content)
  • 10 g coconut oil

Instructions

    Roast the almonds in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from pan and let cool.

  2. 2.

    Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it with the coconut oil over a double boiler. Stir in the almonds.

  3. 3.

    Using a teaspoon, scoop small portions onto parchment paper in clumps. Cool and allow to set.
