Chia Pudding

Quick dessert: Chia pudding is perfect for gifting, bringing along, and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 500 ml almond drink (almond milk)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 Mango
  • 200 g berries (strawberries and blueberries)

Instructions

    Blend the chia seeds with 150 ml almond milk and the cinnamon briefly. Stir in the remaining almond milk and sweeten with agave syrup to taste. Let it sit in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally, for about an hour until a pudding forms. If the pudding is too runny or too firm, slightly adjust the amount of chia seeds.

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, and cut into pieces. Wash and trim the berries; cut the strawberries into small pieces.

    Divide the pudding into bowls and serve garnished with the fruit.
