The simple chia pudding from Spoonsparrow is easy to prepare and keeps you fit for the day.
Ingredients
- 0.5 Vanilla bean
- 400 ml oat milk
- 40 g chia seeds
- 1 tbsp rice syrup

Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Stir together the oat milk, chia seeds, vanilla seeds, and rice syrup, then let sit for about 20 minutes to absorb.

Divide the chia pudding into four glasses, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours—ideally overnight. Serve the next day topped with fruit, granola, or nuts as desired.
